Jack D. McCarthy Jr.

Jack is a senior managing director and founder of A&M Capital. Since 2005, Jack has been a managing director and national practice leader of Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Advisory Group, which serves both private equity sponsors and certain strategic investors. From 2008 to 2010 he served on assignment as head of Principal Investments & Private Equity for Lehman Brothers Holdings.
