Steve has over 19 years of public accounting experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to private clients in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, service, PE and VC with a focus in the construction, real estate and architecture and engineering industries. His experience includes federal entity-level and individual taxation, state and local tax, international tax, M&A, estate planning and audit defense.
