Tom has over 25 years of transactional experience including an active and dynamic role in a family business. He was recently honored nationally by M&A Atlas awards as the 2018 Boutique Investment Banker of the Year, and by Smart Business publications as a Smart 50 leadership award winner. Tom is also an active civic leader and participates on several for profit and not-for-profit boards.

Jon started EMS out of his basement in late 2000 as a one-person waste brokerage.  After growing the business to 190 people providing emergency response and environmental remediation services from 11 locations across the Midwest, Jon was approached in 2018 by private equity owned HEPACO about acquiring EMS.  The acquisition was completed this past December.  Jon now serves as a board member and Chief Development Officer of HEPACO.

Ryan Yerkey

EBO Group, PT Tech & Transmotion Medical

Ryan Yerkey is vice president — Operations & Strategy for Cleveland Electric Laboratories, a family-owned provider of industrial thermocouple products, turbine engine testing and instrumentation, fiber optic sensing solutions and engineering services. He previously was president and CEO of EBO Group’s PT Tech and AeroTorque, a premier designer of industrial clutches, brakes and power takeoffs used in specialty equipment for a number of industries. In 2017, he successfully managed the sale of the business to The Timken Co.
