He has extensive experience in providing audit and advisory services to private equity companies and ESOP companies and has a deep understanding of Department of Labor rules and regulations for employee benefit plans governed by ERISA.

Previously, he originated and executed direct private equity and credit investments at Ulysses Management and American Capital. He began his career as an investment banker as an analyst at Wasserstein Perella and an associate at Goldman Sachs.
