Chris is a director in the firm’s Corporate & Tax Group. His practice focuses on transactional and general corporate matters. He represents strategic and financial clients in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, joint ventures, and private securities offerings. He has represented investors, private equity funds, public companies and privately held businesses in a variety of manufacturing, service, chemical, technology and other industries.
