Dennis has been at Main Street Capital Holdings, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, since 2008. He oversees sourcing, evaluation, execution and portfolio company management activities. Prior to joining Main Street, Dennis spent over 10 years at Fortune Brands Inc., a $8.5 billion global consumer products conglomerate, where he worked in the Strategy and Corporate Development Group on a variety of merger, acquisition, divestiture and strategic alliance projects.
