Dan Phlegar

With private equity fund sizes increasing, Dan realized the need for flexible junior capital solutions in the lowest end of the middle-market.  By partnering with community banks as investors and obtaining additional capital through the SBA, Oxer has invested in over 25 companies since 2016.  Dan oversees the fund strategy and operations as Oxer heads toward closing its second fund.
