Kenn Moritz

Kenneth Moritz is president of Stonewood Capital Management Inc., a Pittsburgh-based private equity group focused primarily on management-led buyouts of manufacturing, assembly and distribution companies. He has experience in business operations, as well as in structuring, financing and executing strategic transactions. He has helped management teams through post-acquisition transitions and assisted managers with product line extensions, identifying acquisition candidates, plant expansions and other strategic growth initiatives.
