Joe joined First Midwest Bank in 2015 to lead the Structured Finance team, which originates, structures and manages a portfolio of private equity-backed, middle-market companies across the Midwest. Previously he was at GE Antares Capital, where he led teams in underwriting, diligence, documentation and syndication of new transactions, as well as monitored a personal portfolio of over $500 million in committed senior credit across a broad investor base.
