Jim Guddy

Jim is an experienced private equity executive having led acquisitions, strategic, and operational initiatives for ten years.  Jim co-founded Watervale Equity Partners in 2017 and is responsible for executing the investment strategy by partnering with business owners to create value through the development and execution of strategic growth plans.  Prior to his entry into private equity, Jim was President of Symmetry Advisors, where he focused on assisting companies in strategy development and execution, operational and financial management, organizational design, and financial restructuring.
