Joe has been leading Universal Polymer & Rubber LTD (UPR) for 18 years and has over 40 years experience in the manufacturing of polymer components both in the medical and industrial markets. The UPR team, with the support of parent company Cypress, has completed five successful acquisitions over the past 10 years. Through organic growth and acquisitions, Joe has grown revenue by 2.5 times and EBITDA by 5 times which has positioned UPR a leader in the Polymer industry.
