Scott oversees client services, business development and company operations. He focuses his time serving companies in the consumer and industrial, technology and business services sectors. Scott has assisted in complex negotiations and orchestrated numerous intricate deal structures, including cross-border transactions. He works on both sell-side and buy-side transactions. Scott was previously a senior portfolio manager for a hedge fund focused on private and public investments.
