Gaurav is part of EY’s transaction team in Detroit and works with clients on buying and integrating and selling and separating companies. He has advised on 50+ integration and carve-out transactions across multiple industries on deal sizes ranging from $50 million to $100+ billion in all phases of the transaction lifecycle.  Through this experience, Gaurav extensive knowledge in translating an investment thesis into an actionable integration or carve-out plan across the entire organization and helping his clients achieve their deal objectives.
