Michael Stines

Michael Stines is chief compliance officer and general counsel at ApexHealth, where he is responsible for managing company affairs related to litigation, contracts and regulation. He provides guidance on matters related to compliance and oversees all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of and adherence to the organization’s privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures. In addition, he educates and trains staff on how to identify and report compliance violations.
