Penny Mercandante

Penny Mercadante is executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Michael Baker International. She oversees human resources, including talent acquisition, team member engagement and the development of a high-performance culture and team. Her experience spans 22 years and includes executive-level human resource roles, as well as consulting. She formerly served as senior vice president of human resources and administration at ServiceLink and as vice president of human resources for Pitt Ohio Express.
